I chose a Showroom out of area as I got a better car (by far) for the same amount I was being offered elsewhere. However the communication and Service was by no way diminished by this. Excellant from start to finish. Thanks Damian.

This time I am finally satisfied but until now my Bowker experience has been poor, largely stemming from poor pre-sale vehicle prep. Missing digital key card, non-working rear radar.

Work ok. Receptionist got us worried. Said a waiting upgrade would take 4 hr 40 mins. Suggested we walk to service area down road. We are both 78 yrs old and cannot walk that far. A manager john saved the day and drove us there and picked us up.

Following initial contact with the branch at Blackburn concerning my newly fitted BMW magic eye dash camera it was requested that we attend the branch for the team to solve the issue with the camera. On the visit, the issue was quickly resolved

It was a sit and wait. I arrived just after 8:30 and it was almost 2 hours later when I left with some recommended works not able to be completed quickly. Tyre replacement and blocked washer bottle
