Helpful, friendly, detailed.
Car returned unwashed and unvacced after being asked when dropping off if I wanted the car washing. Very disappointed it was returned unwashed when going to a main dealer. Having owned an Audi for the previous 10 years and always washed.
I have to pay for insurance for a courtesy car. Marginally acceptable when my car is in for routine servicing, but totally unacceptable when my car is in for warranty or "quality upgrade" work.
Robert Flanagan at Blackburn Bowker who I dealt with on Service Reception went a little bit above and beyond to help with a 'disappointment' concerning my car.

They took my car in immediately as they had availability there and then. Carried out all work within the time promised and contacted me to inform me there was warranty work that needed doing and they did that too.
Overall service especially from Jordan was excellent, she kept me updated on what was happening with my car. I do have a couple of issues, there are a small dent on the drivers door that I am very sure wasnt there before and a wheel dustcap missing.
Yasar Mahmood provided fantastic service and went above and beyond to restore my dented faith in Bowker Blackburn. Yasar is by far the best employee at Bowker I have dealt with.
Again as previous question extremely helpful.

I didn't feel satisfied when explained about the fault in my car. It feels like BMW was more worried about the cost than the customer satisfaction. Too much hesitation in explaining what was wrong with my car.
Everything seems to be done thoroughly which gives me the peace of mind from knowing that my car will continue to run faultlessly.
Because I was very satisfied with the way in which they handled the matter.
Again, the Staff in all departments where knowledgeable and thoughtful and whwn they collected my car for service they were on time.

Lavinia Collins and yasar mahmood we're both very helpful and professional ensuring my queries were dealt with in the most convenient way.
The staff here are very friendly and helpful the dealership is very well equipped coffe tea biscuits tv wifi iPads immaculately clean and comfortable. You get emails about your car as it is been serviced very professional.
Why do dash cams have to be unplugged? What are you hiding? When I get my vehicle back, there is always a fault.
No problem whatsoever- completely in time specified and cleaned inside and out to a great standard
I was quite happy with Bowker as they contributed to the cost of the repair.
Everything was dealt with efficiently from making the reservation to collecting the car.
I am still waiting two weeks later for the VHC paperwork. The incorrect VHC was attached to my invoice and despite phoning twice I am still waiting for my VHC to arrive by post.
They didn't repair the front wheel, in my view was their responsibility

The courtesy car was too small to fit a child seat in so asked to change it which they did but made me feel like I was a nuisance. Why am I always given a mini when I've only ever had BMW's? Because I'm a woman?

Excellent service kept in the loop all the time by the service team. And even when I thought i would be running late to collect the car,the service advisor assured me that he himself would stay back until I got there
They changed my break pads after a recall but while it was in they checked my tyre pressures, filled my water and washed my car. Excellent.

Totally dissatisfied with the fact that a main dealer BMW garage seeks to make money by trying to charge money for things that don't need doing. I have 20 years of motor trade experience and expect this from places like Halfords and kwik fit, not BM

I wasn't entirely satisfied because of a bit of opportunistic selling ie air con recharging and saying that it would be wise of me to have a new tyre fitted 3 mm of tread when I know the legal requirement is 1.6 mm.

poor service, car came back damaged and had to be repaired. took over 3 days to calibrate the sensor and I could see the car was simply sat in their compound and not touched
It took 3 attempts to find the problem with my vehicle.
The mechanics not only did a first class job of the service but found a fault and fixed that under warranty at the same in no time at all.. marvellous.

No complaints with servicing itself, the service staff were very good. The waiting area felt a little sparse, the reading material is very limited and the quality of coffee is poor, no biscuits available. Wasn't a comfortable hour and a half wait.
Service was great! The carwash wasn't the best though, think it was cleaner before it went in.

The service staff always keep me updated on the progress of the service and, as I usually wait for the service to be completed they come and sit wit me to inform of any thing that needs doing immediately or what may need doing in the near future.

Received excellent and personal service. Salesman went above and beyond and did everything in his power to ensure I was happy and all questions fully explained and answered.
Handover was fairly rushed and there was an expectation that it would be standardised to cover. I was offered GAP insurance on too many occasions and this became somewhat annoying when the first answer should be accepted
