Allowed to browse the cars on display but as soon as we were ready to ask questions, Kennie was there to help. Excellent knowledge regarding the car in which we were interested. Nothing was too much trouble. Made us feel important and valued.

This is my 3rd new BMW I have purchased. My previous 2 with Sebastian in Colne and since he has gone to Blackburn I was keen to speak to them for my new 128ti. Rob Dixon & Seb were again simply outstanding and made the whole experience a total joy!

Service check in and information was great Job was completed, I noticed the air vent had not been clicked into place correctly, vehicle had to return to service bay briefly. Driving home I noticed a pair of black vinyl gloves in the drivers footwell

Olivia in the service dept. Dealt with the issue with heater/blower fault efficiently and professionally. The loan of the 1 series made it easy for me to leave my car with bowker and carry on with my normal working day with minimal disruption.

I arranged a courteous car. By chance, a friend advised me to check that this would be available , as I am over 80 yrs old. On checking , I was advised that a car would not be available I would have been very annoyed if I had turned up with no car

The car had an engine fault when collected and was sold with a tyre that needed replacing. Bowker resolved both issues but with some resistance regards the tyre.

Car went in for a parking sensor being looked at. A part was brought from another site which I was told was missing a wire. Car kept in for days, the correct part should have been ordered. No wash and vac, no feedback about any recall work done/not.

They understood my shock at the price and offered me a service inclusive package to help. This was at a lower price than my local BMW dealer Williams, who did not offer (I had to ask) and were charging higher for the service anyway.

Cars in the showroom and absolute disgrace .. sand in the engine bays . Fingers prints all over them , mats misplaced and covered in dirt .. water marks and scratches in the paint .. what's I do for a living is educating dealerships with this problem
